Order of dismantling ГТЦ

Turn out a fixing bolt and remove from the case of the cylinder the tank of a brake liquid.

In case of need remove from the tank a cover and take the mesh filter enclosed under it.

Accurately having hooked a stupid screw-driver, take from reception nests in case GTTS rubber landing plugs of the tank.
|
|
|
Wound изоляционной a tape a screw-driver wring out the piston in the cylinder and turn out a persistent bolt.

|
Keeping the piston wrung out, by means of suitable nippers remove a lock ring and take from the cylinder assemblage of the primary piston.

At extraction of the piston the cylinder should occupy horizontal position, - try not to damage a cylinder mirror. |

For extraction of assemblage of the secondary piston develop the cylinder vertically and knock with its landing flange about edges laid on a firm surface of pair wooden blocks.

Adjustment of length of a rod of a pusher

Before installation of assemblage ГТЦ on the car it is necessary to make adjustment of length of a rod of a pusher.
|
|
Lay on landing flange ГТЦ a sealing lining, from above establish the adjusting adaptation, having tightened an adjusting bolt against the stop it in a bottom of a reception nest of piston assemblage.

|
By means of the manual vacuum pump create in assemblage of the brake amplifier depression by depth 66.7 кПа (500 mm hg).
|
|
|
Remove the adjusting adaptation with ГТЦ and press it to a face surface of the vacuum amplifier.
|
Measure backlash size between a hat of an adjusting bolt and an end face of a rod of a pusher. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (0.1 0.3 mm), release a counternut and make corresponding updating by rod rotation.

Installation
|
|
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace a sealing lining, track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head Brake system to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
