Gauges of forward wheels
Removal

Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting of the gauge.
|
Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the gauge.
|

Check
|
Hang out the car over the earth and attentively study a condition of rotors of wheel gauges from the back party of forward naves, - in case of revealing of the damaged teeths the rotor is subject to replacement (the Section Replacement of rotors of gauges ABS of forward wheels see).

Measure a backlash between a sensitive element of the gauge and teeths of its rotor, - demanded value makes 0.3 1.0 mm.
|
Measure resistance of the gauge, - the result of measurement should not fall outside the limits a range 1385 110 Ohm.

Installation
|
Installation is made upside-down, - preliminary carefully smooth out a landing surface of the gauge. Demanded value of effort of a tightening of a fixing bolt makes 9.5 Nanometers.

The gauge of back wheels
Removal
|
The back gauge is fixed on картере a reducer of the back bridge and traces turns of a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer, - the gauge rotor is fixed on a box of interwheel differential. |
Check
|
|
Estimate a condition of a sealing ring (1) gauges, - in case of need make replacement.
|
|
Measure distance () between a landing surface of the gauge (1) and teeths of its rotor (2).
|
Measure length of a sensitive element of the gauge ().
By subtraction of result of the second measurement from result of the first (And–) define size of a working backlash, - demanded value lies within a range 0.5 1.0 mm.
If the result of calculation makes less than 0.55 mm, pick up a corresponding thickness an adjusting washer.
At excessive size of a backlash it is necessary to replace the gauge.
Measure resistance of the gauge, - the result of measurement should not fall outside the limits a range 1000 50 Ohm.
