Check

Measure distance from the central part колодки the released pedal to a partition of an impellent compartment. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (Specifications of the Head Brake system see), make corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of stoplights ().
  2. Release a counternut () and, rotating the gauge-switch (), take away it плунжер from the pedal lever.
  3. Release a counternut (D) and, rotating a pusher rod (D), adjust height of position of the released pedal.
  4. Adjust size of a free wheeling of a pedal (see more low), then tighten a counternut (D) with demanded effort (23.5 34.3 Nanometers).
  5. Rotating the gauge-switch of stoplights (), achieve, that it плунжер has easily nestled on the pedal lever. Tighten with demanded effort (13.7 17.7 Nanometers) a counternut ().
  6. Make sure of serviceability of operation of stoplights already at easy squeezing of a pedal of a foot brake, - at отпускании pedals stoplights should be disconnected unequivocally.

Size of a free wheeling of a pedal

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake for the purpose of dump of residual depression in the vacuum amplifier.
  2. Slightly pressing a pedal hand fingers, measure size of a course till the moment of occurrence of resistance. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (4 - 7 mm), make corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release a counternut (D) and make corresponding updating by rotation of a rod of a pusher ().
  2. Tighten a counternut with demanded effort.

Pedal height in the squeezed out position

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Squeeze out a pedal with effort 69 кГс and measure height of its position over the floor panel. If the result of measurement makes less than 117 mm, pump over a hydraulic path of brake system (the Section Prorolling of brakes see). If prorolling of brakes does not lead to situation correction, check up a condition of automatic regulators of drum-type brake mechanisms of back wheels (see Has undressed Service of drum-type brake mechanisms of back wheels).
