Check of a condition and replacement of a belt of drive ГРМ

Do not turn the engine for camshafts and other cogwheels of drive ГРМ! If the opposite is not stipulated especially, проворачивание the engine should be made only in a normal direction! Do not turn cranked/distributive shaft at the removed belt of drive ГРМ! Remember necessity of observance of cleanliness, - hit of a dirt or greasing on new газораспределительный a belt is not admissible at all! Do not braid a new belt and do not bend it under acute angles! At installation of the belt which was in the use track, that the direction of its rotation remains former! |
All models
Replacement of a belt of drive ГРМ should be made not less often than the routine maintenance of the car of term specified in the Schedule (see Has undressed the routine maintenance Schedule), and also in case of revealing of signs of excessive deterioration and detection of mechanical damages, - at survey do not overwind a tape of a belt and do not bend it under acute angles.

Cock a lay brake and disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

Petrol models

Removal
|
|
For the purpose of simplification проворачивания a cranked shaft turn out spark plugs.
Empty cooling system (the Section Check of level of working liquids see).
Remove belts of a drive of auxiliary units (the Engine see the Head).
Remove the fan of system of cooling with a basic arm (see the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning).
Remove a casing of the thermostat (1).
Turn out a fixing bolt (2) and remove a pulley (3) cranked shaft.
Remove top (4) and the bottom (5) covers of drive ГРМ.
Having turned a cranked shaft in a normal direction, result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression, - track correctness of position of adjusting labels (6 and 7).
Remove directing washer (8) cogwheels of a cranked shaft.
Ослабьте a bolt (9), take away a tension roller from a belt tape, then again slightly tighten a bolt.
Remove a gear belt of drive ГРМ.
Estimate a condition of tension and intermediate rollers. Defective components replace.

Installation
|
|
Make sure of correctness of position of adjusting labels (6 and 7).
Since a cogwheel of a camshaft and moving to a direction counter-clockwise, get a new belt on the regular place, - track density of landing of a belt on cogwheels.
Release a bolt (9) tension rollers and turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions in a direction clockwise, - make sure that adjusting labels (6 and 7) have occupied correct positions, otherwise repeat procedure of a tension of a belt.
Turn a cranked shaft in a direction clockwise so that the label S on a cogwheel of a final camshaft was combined with риской (10).
Tighten a bolt (9) tension rollers with demanded effort (37 52 Nanometers).
Press the top shoulder of a belt (marksman) with effort of an order 10 кГс, - the size of a deflection of a tape should make 7.5 8.5 mm.
The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. The effort of a tightening of bolts (2) pulleys of a cranked shaft makes 12 17 Nanometers.
In summary do not forget to fill cooling system (the Section Check of level of working liquids see).

Empty cooling system (the Section Check of level of working liquids see).
Order of removal of a belt of drive ГРМ make dismantle of components according to the resulted numbering.
|
|
Remove components натяжителя and estimate their condition. Check up serviceability and noiselessness of rotation of a roller, make sure of absence of signs of easing/stretching of a spring. Defective components replace.
|
|
|
Do not wash out assemblage натяжителя any solvents. In case of need wipe the polluted surfaces soft rags. |
Make sure of absence of signs of excessive deterioration and mechanical damages of cogwheels of drive ГРМ. Defective components replace.

Installation
|
|
|
|
Achieve correct arrangement of adjusting labels of cogwheels cranked and camshafts.
|
|
|
Establish натяжитель, its lock bolt and a spring in the position corresponding to the minimum effort of a tension of a belt. Take away натяжитель against the stop to the left and, having tightened a lock bolt, temporarily fix it in this position.
|
Plant a belt on cogwheels, then release a lock bolt натяжителя, having allowed a spring to press densely a roller to the smooth party of a tape of a belt.
Twice turn a cranked shaft in the NORMAL direction (clockwise) for the purpose of alignment of effort of a tension of a belt. Tighten a lock bolt натяжителя with demanded effort (31.4 46.1 Nanometers).

Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels of cogwheels cranked/camshafts and drive ТНВД, then check up correctness of a tension of a belt, having pressed a lateral shoulder of a belt with effort of an order 10 кГс, - the size of a deflection of a tape should make 10.8 12.9 mm.
|
The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components - track correctness of landing of rubber sealing elements of covers of drive ГРМ. Remember necessity of observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head Current leaving and service to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
