Having pressed a finger to an entrance aperture of a hose, make sure of presence at it of depression.

Remove the valve and blow in an entrance aperture большего diameter, - air should pass freely, then blow in an entrance aperture of smaller diameter, - air to be passed through the valve should not.

The defective valve is subject to replacement, - track correctness of connection of the valve at installation.
