Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path

Air inlet

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Details of installation of an air inlet (1) inlet air paths.
    Turn out two fixing bolts in a forward part of an air inlet. Disconnect going to резонаторной to the chamber a hose and remove an air inlet. Release a collar of fastening of an air inlet to an air cleaner. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of a tightening of a fixing collar.

The first (верхнепоточная) резонаторная the chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The first (верхнепоточный) the resonator is established directly ahead of assemblage of an air cleaner and connected to a back part of an air inlet by a by-pass hose. Disconnect from резонаторной chambers by-pass a hose. Release two fixing nuts and remove the resonator. Installation is made upside-down.

Air cleaner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove an air inlet. Release a fastening collar to an air cleaner of an air line of an inlet air path. Having released a spring clamp, disconnect electroconducting from gauge MAF. Turn out a fixing bolt, release two nuts and remove air cleaner assemblage. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a basic arm of an air cleaner from a mudguard of an arch of the left wheel. Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Power supply system, management of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.

Gauge MAF

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Gauge MAF is built in in a branch pipe included in a sleeve of an air line of an inlet air path directly after an air cleaner (the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine see an illustration).
    Disconnect from gauge MAF electroconducting.
    Turn out two fixing bolts it a basic arm, release two fixing collars and remove a branch pipe with the gauge built in in it. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of inclusion of a branch pipe in an air path, - marks in the form of an arrow should specify in a direction of movement of a stream of air (to the throttle case).

The second (нижнепоточная) резонаторная the chamber

    Release a fixing collar, turn out a fixing bolt and remove resonator assemblage.

Valve IAC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The valve is established on inlet section of the case of a throttle (illustrations the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine see). Switch off ignition and disconnect from valve IAC electroconducting. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the valve from an inlet air line. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the valve and inlet section of the case of a throttle. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to establish the NEW sealing lining.

TPS

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    TPS it is established directly on the throttle case (the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine see an illustration). Switch off ignition and disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.
    Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the gauge to the throttle case.
    Installation is made upside-down.

The throttle case

Replacement of the case of a throttle should be made in gathering with TPS.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The throttle case is located in the end of an air line of an inlet air path and is connected to воздухораспределителю the inlet pipeline (the Design of an inlet air path of the petrol engine see an illustration). The throttle case requires replacement at revealing of mechanical damages, and also in case of jamming or infringement of a course throttle заслонок. Switch off ignition. Merge cooling liquid (Current leaving and service see the Head). Disconnect electroconducting from TPS. Release a fastening collar to inlet section of the case of a throttle of an air line of an inlet air path. Disconnect four ventilating hoses. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge MAF. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet air line to an air cleaner. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a basic arm and remove an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of a basic arm of a cable of a drive throttle заслонок, disconnect приводной a cable and take him aside. Disconnect from the case of a throttle two hoses охладительного a path. Release bolts and nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle to воздухораспределителю the inlet pipeline. Remove the case of a throttle and its sealing lining. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the case of a throttle and воздухораспределителя. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a sealing lining, track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Power supply system, management of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
    After connection приводного a cable make sure that throttle заслонки are completely closed, then measure size of a free wheeling of a cable. Demanded value makes 1.0 3.0 mm, - in case of need make corresponding adjustment.

Воздухораспределитель

Воздухораспределитель connects the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline.

Installation details воздухораспределителя

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Turn out two bolts of fastening of an inlet air line. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet hose of the case of a throttle. Disconnect four ventilating hoses on the throttle case. Disconnect electroconducting from gauge MAF. Release a collar of fastening of an inlet air line to an air cleaner. Turn out a bolt of a basic arm of an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of fastening of gauge MAF. Remove assemblage of an inlet air line. Turn out bolts of a basic arm of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки. Disconnect a cable of a drive throttle заслонки. Merge cooling liquid (Current leaving and service see the Head). Disconnect a vacuum hose of the brake amplifier. Disconnect electroconducting from TPS. Disconnect from the case of a throttle two hoses охладительного a path. Release a fixing collar and disconnect a hose of system of stabilisation of idling. Release a collar of fastening of an air hose to an air route. Disconnect from воздухораспределителя шлаг PCV. Disconnect a vacuum line from a regulator of pressure of fuel. At a corresponding complete set disconnect from воздухораспределителя vacuum lines темпостата. Disconnect electroconducting from valve IAC. Turn out two bolts and fastenings of a basic arm to воздухораспределителю. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. Hang out the car over the earth. Turn out two bottom bolts of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline. Lower the car on the earth. Disconnect an inlet hose of a heater. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a vacuum tube. Give three fixing bolts and nuts and remove воздухораспределитель. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the top part of the case of a throttle. Remove the throttle case. Give two fixing bolts and nuts and remove the electromagnetic valve with a basic arm. Turn out fixing bolts and remove valve IAC with a basic arm. Installation is made upside-down. In summary fill cooling system (Current leaving and service see the Head), start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.
