The given procedure is among those which performance does not demand removal of the engine from the car. Procedure performance should be made on the cold engine.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an intermediate cooler of system of pressurisation of air (Intercooler) (Power supply systems, managements of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases see).
  2. Uncover heads of cylinders.
  3. Having turned a cranked shaft so that cams of a drive of inlet and final valves on distributive to a shaft were developed by working ledges upwards, result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression.

Н0 = 4.00 mm, dM = 0.30 mm,

dS = 0.25 mm,

Example of gathering of the initial information at calculation of a demanded thickness of a new adjusting washer

Н1 = 4.00 + (0.30 – 0.25) = 4.05 (mm)
