Number of the basic components of system of greasing of the engine concern the pallet картера, роторный the oil pump, маслоохладитель, полнопоточный the oil filter and маслотоки a head and the block of cylinders.

On engines considered in the present Management (DOHC) one more important element of system of greasing are special маслораспылители, providing an intensive heat-conducting path from piston assemblages, - on each piston it is provided on one spray. When pressure of oil in the engine reaches critical value nearby 1.75 кГс/см2, operating valves therefore impellent oil мелкодисперсно is sprayed on internal surfaces of pistons open special built in exhaust outlets of sprays, providing tap from the last surplus of heat.

The drive of the oil pump is carried out directly from a cranked shaft of the engine. The pump provides an oil fence through the mesh filter from the pallet картера and its giving in the main oil gallery.  PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release the fixing screw and connect electroconducting of the gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil. Turn out the gauge from картера the engine.
  1. Screw in an adjusting aperture of the gauge a carving nozzle of a manometre.
  1. Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.
  2. Lift turns of the engine to 3000 in a minute and consider the manometre indication. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (Specifications of the Head the Engine see), it is necessary to establish the reason of taking place malfunction and to eliminate last.
  3. Turn out a nozzle of a manometre and establish into place the gauge-switch of pressure of oil.
  4. Establish into place the gauge and restore initial connection of electroconducting, - track reliability of a tightening of the fixing screw.
