Removal and installation of a distributing box

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of the alarm indicator 4WD.
Disconnect electroconducting from VSS.

Turn out fixing bolts (two in a support and two in the chassis) and remove a lateral support of a suspension bracket of a distributing box.
Turn out eight fixing bolts of the chassis, plus four bolts of fastening of the bottom support and remove a cross-section beam.
Prop up a distributing box тележечным a jack.
Turn out 10 fixing bolts and, slightly обстукивая an interfaced surface киянкой, separate a distributing box from transmission.
Lower a distributing box, take it from under the car and transfer on a workbench.
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of Head Transmissionnaja a line to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture. Special attention give to correctness of connection карданных shaft (track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle).
In summary fill in in a box necessary quantity of fresh oil of a demanded grade, in the correct image having modified its level (Current leaving and service see the Head).
