At revealing of signs of infringement of serviceability of functioning of system of injection of fuel, first of all check up reliability of a tightening of all штуцерных connections of a path of the power supply system. Make sure that a cause of infringement is not the elementary neglect to performance of procedures of regular service, - visually estimate a condition of an air cleaner and the fuel filter, make measurement of working backlashes of valves, компрессионного pressure in cylinders, etc. Make sure of passableness of hoses of system of ventilation картера (PCV).

Check of installation of phases timing (the injection moments)

Turn the engine in a normal direction so that the label 11 ATDC (11 after ВМТ) on a pulley of a cranked shaft was combined with the basic index.

Execute check of installation of phases timing.
Rotating a cranked shaft in a normal direction (clockwise), consider the maximum indication циферблатного a measuring instrument.

Disconnect from ТНВД electroconducting TCV and by means of an ohmmeter measure resistance between plugs To and L a contact socket. If the result of measurement differs from demanded value (11 1.1 Ohm at 20 ), make sure available conductivity between the plug To and the plug № 13 ECM. If conductivity takes place, replace the valve, otherwise execute regenerative repair of corresponding electroconducting.

Check of the gauge of position of the distributive piston (TPS)
|
Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting and check up correctness of distribution of resistance between its central and alarm plugs (А-С) and (А-В). Demanded value in both cases makes 82 2 Ohm at 25 S.Pri negative result of check make sure available conductivity between plugs of socket TPS and corresponding plugs ECM (С-46, В-53 and А-52). In case of need make regenerative repair of corresponding electroconducting, or replace the gauge.

Check of the gauge of turns ТНВД (Np)
|
Gauge Np socket is located directly over socket TPS. Measure resistance between the alarm plug of the gauge () and the plug of its grounding (). If the result of measurement differs from demanded value (1.62 0.16 Ohm at 20 ), make sure available conductivity between plugs In and From the gauge and plugs № 38 and № 30 accordingly the engine management module (ECM). In case of need repair electroconducting, or replace the gauge.

Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.
Measure pressure between plugs With and Е the gauge on single turns and on full gas. In the first case the result of measurement should make 0.3 1.1 In, in the second: 3.68 5.0 Century
In case of need make corresponding updating for what disconnect from the gauge electroconducting and щупом лезвийного type measure backlash size between the lever and an emphasis, - demanded value makes 0.45 mm.
At negative result of last measurement check up conductivity of the gauge, - it should take place, otherwise release clamping the screw and make corresponding updating.

Check of starting pressure of opening of a nozzle

Connect an atomizer to a special tester.
|
Working as the pump handle of a tester, remove from an atomizer air.
|
Slowly lowering the tester handle consider indications of the manometre connected to the pump, - the indication should be read out at the moment of the beginning of emission from a fuel atomizer. If the result of measurement differs from demanded value (150 кГс/см2), make updating of the moment of the beginning of injection by selection of an adjusting washer (1), - washers are issued in 27 variants in a range of thickness from 0.50 mm to 1.54 mm with step of 0.04 mm. The additive in 0.04 mm provides increase in pressure of injection approximately on 4.8 кГс/см2.

Check of tightness of landing of a saddle of the working valve
|
Check also is made on a special tester.
|
Create in an atomizer pressure in 115 кГс/см2 and make sure of absence of leaks through a nozzle. In case of need disassemble an atomizer (see Has undressed Removal and installation of atomizers) for nozzle washing, or make its replacement.

Connect an atomizer to a tester and remove from it air.
Disconnect (muffle) a manometre and some times sharply lower the pump handle of a tester, visually defining a direction of emission and a configuration of a stream of the fuel which is pushed out through a nozzle of an atomizer.

To lower the pump handle follows with the greatest possible speed, - the atomizer should publish a characteristic whistling sound. |

Fuel should be sprayed by an atomizer in regular intervals with a narrow corner of disclosing and in strictly coaxial nozzle axes.
|

Disconnect from the executive mechanism турбокомпрессора air шлаг and connect instead of it the pump equipped with a manometre. Check of serviceability of functioning of the executive mechanism турбокомпрессора, - the rod (1) should move smoothly

Create in диафрагменном the case of the executive mechanism pressure 760 800 mm hg and with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type (DTI) measure size of a course of an executive rod, - demanded value makes 1.5 mm. At negative result of check replace assemblage of the executive mechanism.

|
Visually examine the heat exchanger интеркулера, checking it on presence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages.
Check up tightness of the heat exchanger, having submitted to it air with superfluous pressure in 1 кГс/см2.
