Turning the engine in a normal direction, achieve combination of an adjusting label (1) cogwheels with the index in the form of an arrow on a cover of drive ГРМ.

By means of two bolts (1) length of 35-40 mm block cogwheel ТНВД from проворачивания and release a nut of its fastening, - do not forget to remove the spring washer enclosed under a nut.

|
Mark landing position of fixing flange ТНВД concerning a basic arm.
|
Disconnect from assemblage ТНВД fuel lines.
Turn out fixing nuts, then ослабьте not less than on three turns bolts of fastening ТНВД.
|
|
By means of a special stripper ослабьте landing of a cogwheel of drive ТНВД, then definitively turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assemblage.

Do not turn out bolts blocking a cogwheel from проворачивания until ТНВД it will not be removed from the car! |
Turn out blocking bolts and remove a cogwheel from the pump, - try not to drop segment шпонку.
Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, carving fixture tighten with demanded effort. In summary remove from the pump air.
