Турбокомпрессор functions in the conditions of heats and speeds of rotation, therefore hit in its working chambers of any extraneous subjects is interfaced to risk of failure of working components!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Merge cooling liquid (Current leaving and service see the Head).
  2. Disconnect from турбокомпрессора air sleeves, - take measures against hit in a reception branch pipe турбокомпрессора extraneous subjects and small dust.

  1. Remove термоизоляционный a casing (1).
  1. Remove with турбокомпрессора by-pass a branch pipe of a water path.
  2. Disconnect маслоподающую a tube.
  1. Remove with турбокомпрессора branch pipes of giving (1) and tap (2) fulfilled gases.
  1. Disconnect reception and final branch pipes турбокомпрессора.
  1. Release fixing bolts and remove турбокомпрессор, - at once закупорьте compressor and turbine branch pipes in order to avoid hit in working chambers турбокомпрессора extraneous subjects.

In order to avoid oil hit in turbine or compressor chambers try not to overturn removed турбокомпрессор, constantly focusing it also as it has been established on the engine!


  1. Check up freedom and smoothness of rotation of a rotor, by means of measuring instrument DTI check up a rotor shaft on presence excessive axial and radial люфтов. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Power supply system, management of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Examine turbine and compressor wheel (rotor) on presence of traces of oil and нагарообразования, make sure of absence in wheels of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages.
  2. Check up, the turbine wheel and a rotor do not adjoin to walls of working chambers турбокомпрессора.
  3. Having removed a fixing finger of an executive rod, check up smoothness of functioning of the valve of dump. Estimate density of landing of the valve on the saddle in a turbine casing.
  4. Installation is made upside-down, - before landing турбокомпрессора on the car fill in an oil small amount in a connection branch pipe маслопровода.
  5. Prepare a suitable butterdish, start the engine and allow to it 1-2 minutes to work empty on small turns. After oil will be distributed on internal surfaces турбокомпрессора engine turns can be lifted.
