Disconnect from an atomizer a line of giving of fuel.
Give a lock nut and disconnect a returnable line.
Remove a washer.
Turn out and take an atomizer.
Remove a sealing element and a corrugated sealing washer.
Disassemble an atomizer on making components.
Check up all components on presence of mechanical damages, make sure of density of pressing of the needle valve to the saddle.

Develop the case of the needle valve vertically, fill a needle approximately for 2/3 lengths the case and release, - it should fall on a saddle under a body weight.

Collect an atomizer, having tightened the valve case in the holder with effort 78.4 98.1 Nanometers.

Check up pressure of opening of a nozzle (the Section of Check of the power supply system see).
Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace all sealing elements, tighten an atomizer with demanded effort (58.8 68.6 Nanometers).
