Remove protection картера. Uncover a radiator, open the drain gate (1) and lower cooling liquid in the prepared drain capacity of suitable volume. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an air inlet of an inlet air path (1) engines. Turn out five bolts of fastening of a casing (1) вентиляторной assemblages. Turn out bolts of basic arms and, having submitted upwards, take a radiator from an impellent compartment. Examine the radiator heat exchanger on presence of signs of development of leaks, deformations ламелей both connecting branch pipes, and other mechanical damages. In case of need replace a radiator, or deliver it in a specialised workshop for performance of corresponding regenerative repair. Attentively study a condition радиаторных hoses, in case of need prepare replacement. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing радиаторных hoses fixing collars and behind observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture. In summary fill system of cooling with a fresh mix (Current leaving and service see the Head), start the engine, warm it to normal working temperature, then, - if it is required, - modify heat-carrier level. Establish into place a cover of a radiator and, without suppressing the engine, check up corresponding components охладительного a path on presence of signs of development of leaks.
