Washing of a path of system of cooling

On considered models possibility plum of a cooling liquid from the engine block is not provided.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a thermostat casing (see Has undressed Removal and thermostat installation). Take the thermostat, then establish its casing on a regular place, having tightened fixing bolts with demanded effort. Remove protection картера. Uncover a radiator, then open the drain gate (see an illustration) and lower cooling liquid from a radiator in capacity approaching on volume. Close the drain gate. Remove a broad tank (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a broad tank) and some times carefully wash out its pure flowing water. Fill in in охладительный a path pure water. Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature. In case of need add in a radiator a necessary quantity of water. Open the drain gate and start to merge from system water, simultaneously supporting its level by доливания in a radiator mouth. Continue procedure performance until water following from a radiator does not become pure and transparent. Merge the remained water, close the drain gate. Carefully wash out and establish into place the thermostat. Establish a broad tank. Fill system of cooling with a fresh mix (Current leaving and service see the Head). Establish into place a radiator cover, make sure of absence of signs of development of leaks of a cooling liquid, then muffle the engine.
