The water pump established on petrol models is not maintainable and, - in case of revealing of signs of development of leaks in a kind потеков a cooling liquid around a cover of drive ГРМ, - is subject to replacement.
Remove protection картера.
Uncover a radiator.
Open the drain gate and lower cooling liquid from a radiator in the prepared capacity of suitable volume.
Remove top and bottom радиаторные hoses.
Remove переливной a hose going from a jellied mouth of a radiator to a broad tank.
Remove an air inlet of an inlet air path (Power supply systems, managements of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases see).
Remove крыльчатку the fan, and also a casing вентиляторной assemblages.
Release fixing and adjusting bolts of the generator, then remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
Remove a pulley of a drive of the fan of system of cooling (the Section Replacement of the bearing of a drive of the fan of system of cooling see).
Remove подшипниковую fan assemblage (the Section Replacement of the bearing of a drive of the fan of system of cooling see).
Remove the top and bottom covers of drive ГРМ (the Engine see the Head).
Turning a cranked shaft in a normal direction, result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression.
Release a lock bolt, take away a roller натяжителя from a tape газораспределительного a belt, then again tighten a lock bolt.
Remove from a cogwheel of a drive of the water pump and take aside газораспределительный a belt.
Again release a bolt натяжителя.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the water pump.
Remove from pump assemblage an intermediate roller.
Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block.
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
In summary start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks of a cooling liquid. In case of need make corresponding corrections, modify heat-carrier level.
