Removal and installation of components of a steering drive

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Hang out the car over the earth.
Remove forward wheels.
Remove an air inlet of an inlet path of the engine (Power supply systems, managements of the engine/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases and release of the fulfilled gases see).

Release штуцерную a nut of a pressure head line of a working path of the steering amplifier and merge in the prepared capacity a hydraulic liquid.
|
Disconnect a hydraulic hose and remove the tank of the steering pump.
Remove a broad tank of system of cooling (see the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning).

Turn out a fixing bolt and remove an intermediate shaft of a steering drive.
|
Disconnect steering tips from levers of rotary fists (see Has undressed Removal and installation of tips of steering draughts).

Take шплинт, release a fixing nut and выпрессуйте the hinge of a connecting bar from the pendular lever.

|
Operating in a similar manner, separate a connecting bar from сошки...
|

... The steering mechanism also take it in gathering with steering draughts from under the car. In case of need give fixing nuts and disconnect draughts from a bar.

|
Disconnect from картера the steering mechanism a hydraulic line (2), - at once close up with an adhesive tape a reception aperture for the purpose of prevention of hit of a dirt inside картера (1).
|

|
Turn out a fixing bolt (1) and, having submitted upwards, take assemblage of the steering mechanism from an impellent compartment.
|
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pendular lever in gathering with a spindle.
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head the Suspension bracket and a steering to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture. Do not forget to replace fixing fixture шплинты.
