Do not keep a steering wheel at the working engine in extreme positions within more than 15 seconds! |

Disconnect a pressure head line of a hydraulic path from картера the steering mechanism and connect to it a measuring set, - the gate from a set should be connected on the party of the steering mechanism. Shtutsernye connections should be tightened with effort 31 47 Nanometers.
Execute procedure of "prorolling" of a hydraulic path (see Has undressed Removal of air from a working path of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel).
Completely open the gate the gate connected to system, then start the engine and some times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop for the purpose of warming up of a hydraulic liquid to normal working temperature (50 60 С).
Lift turns of the engine to value 1000 1500 in a minute, close the gate and consider the manometre indication, - demanded value makes 6860 98 кПа (70 1 кГс/см2).
Close the gate and at working with turns 1000 1500 mines-1 the engine turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop, - the manometre indication should remain former.

In order to avoid an overheat of a hydraulic liquid do not keep the gate closed more than within 15 seconds! |
Muffle the engine, disconnect a manometre and the gate and restore initial connection of hydraulic lines, having tightened штуцерные sockets with demanded effort (31 47 Nanometers).
