The condenser is located directly ahead of a radiator of system of cooling.
Prop up wheels противооткатными boots.
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Forces of the prepared expert make a discharge of a refrigerator path of system K/V.
Disconnect from the condenser refrigerator lines, - at once закупорьте the open ends штуцерных sockets in order to avoid internal pollution of working path К/В.
Remove the condenser fan (see Has undressed Removal, check and installation of the fan of condenser K/V).

Turn out four fixing bolts, remove a rack of the lock of a cowl and it is accurate, trying not to damage a radiator plate, lay it on the bottom section of a casing.

|
By means of a special emphasis fix a cowl in the lifted position, then remove the top panel of a forward casing in gathering with a regular emphasis of a cowl.
|
Liberate burn down electroconductings from intermediate clamps on the panel of a forward casing.
|
|
Having pulled upwards, liberate electroconducting from the left and right sections of a forward casing.
|
Lay between a radiator and the condenser cardboard sheet.
|
|
Release fixing nuts and, having submitted upwards, take the condenser, - the radiator should be removed from basic hairpins, and the condenser to delay a little forward.

Check
|
|
Examine the condenser on presence of signs of development of leaks, deformations of plates and other mechanical damages of the heat exchanger, - in case of need give assemblage to repair.
|
|
Put on goggles and blow the heat exchanger the compressed air, manually remove the extraneous subjects which have got stuck between plates.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
In summary forces of the prepared expert make evacuation, vacuum check and a gymnastics of a refrigerator path of system K/V, then start the engine, activate К/В and examine штуцерные sockets of a refrigerator path on presence of signs of development of leaks. In case of need make corresponding corrections.
