Disconnect низконапорную a line of a refrigerator path from the final union of the evaporator on a partition of an impellent compartment.

Disconnect высоконапорную a line of a refrigerator path from the inlet union of the evaporator on a partition of an impellent compartment.

At once закупорьте the open ends штуцерных sockets in order to avoid internal pollution of working path К/В.
Disconnect a returnable hose from a final branch pipe of the heat exchanger of a heater.
Disconnect submitting hose from an inlet branch pipe of the heat exchanger of a heater.
Disconnect from the block electroconducting from assemblage of the forcing fan.
Unbend the panel of a carpet covering for the purpose of providing of access to a service cover.
Release four fixing nuts and remove a service cover (see an illustration).
Turn out two top bolts of fastening of assemblage of the forcing fan.
Give two bottom nuts and remove the block of the forcing fan from fixing hairpins on a partition of an impellent compartment.
Disconnect electroconducting of the servo-driver of a heater.
Release two bottom and one top fixing nuts and remove the heater block.

Service of components

Make sure that mixing заслонка moves to the position corresponding to a choice of giving of cold air at giving of a food in 12 In on contact plugs №№ 5 (+) and 7 (-) a servo-driver socket, - at giving of return pressure заслонка should move in an opposite direction.

The faulty servo-driver is subject to replacement.

Submit a food 12 In on contact plugs №№ 4 (+) and 5 (-) a socket of the servo-driver of a choice of a direction of distribution of an air stream, - the servo-driver should be switched at consecutive grounding of plugs №№ 6, 7, 1, 2 and 3.

The faulty servo-driver is subject to replacement.

Installation
|
|
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
Fill cooling system, start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks of a cooling liquid, in case of need make corresponding corrections, modify heat-carrier level.
