Disconnect wires from the battery (at first negative).
Release a clamping lath and remove the storage battery.

Disconnect final and inlet lines of a refrigerator path from corresponding unions of the evaporator, - at once закупорьте the open ends штуцерных sockets for the purpose of prevention of internal pollution of a path.

Do not stick sockets with an adhesive tape, - take advantage approaching заглушками. |
Remove a drainage hose of assemblage of the evaporator.
Remove a ware box (the Body see the Head).

Turn out five fixing screws and remove the right bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices.
|
|
|
Turn out the fixing screw and remove a lateral cover of the top section of the central console for the purpose of providing of access to the bottom basic arm of the panel of devices.
|
|
|
Turn out the left and right fixing bolts and remove the bottom basic arm of the panel of devices.
|
|
|
Disconnect from an inlet air sleeve servo-driver electroconducting заслонки activation of a mode of air circulation.
|
Disconnect electroconducting from the electromotor of a drive of the forcing fan.
Unbend the panel of a carpet covering for the purpose of maintenance to a service cover.
|
|
Give four fixing гайкии remove a service cover from a partition of an impellent compartment.
|
Turn out two top bolts of fastening of assemblage of the forcing fan/evaporator to a partition.
|
|
Also remove assemblage of the forcing fan/evaporator from fixing hairpins on a partition. |

Service of components
|
|
Visually estimate an external condition of assemblage of the forcing fan/heater.
|
|
The relay of the forcing fan
The scheme of an arrangement of contact plugs in a socket of the relay of the forcing fan (the plug №3 - grounding)
|
|
Disconnect from the relay of the forcing fan electroconducting.
Submit pressure in 12 In on plugs №№ 5 (+) and 3 (-) the relay and make sure available conductivity between plugs №№ 1 and 2. If conductivity is absent, replace the relay.

|
The operating relay of activation and switching-off К/В
The scheme of an arrangement of contact plugs in a socket of the operating relay of activation and switching-off К/В (the plug №3 - grounding)

Disconnect from the relay electroconducting.
Submit pressure in 12 In on plugs №№ 1 (+) and 3 (-) the relay and make sure available conductivity between plugs №№ 2 and 4. If conductivity is absent, replace the relay.

The electromotor of a drive of the forcing fan
|
|
Disconnect from the motor electroconducting.
Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the electromotor at food giving in 12 In on plugs №№ 2 (+) and 1 (-) a contact socket. At negative result of check replace the electromotor.

|
Resistive assemblage of the electromotor of a drive of the forcing fan
|
|
Disconnect from resistive assemblage electroconducting.
|
|
Make resistance measurement between contact plugs of a socket of resistive assemblage. If results of measurements differ from demanded values, replace assemblage of preresistors.
|
|
|
The servo-driver заслонки an air inlet
|
|
|
|
Make sure of serviceability of switching заслонки in a mode of giving of fresh air at giving on plugs №№ 4 (+) and 6 (-) pressure of a food in 12 V.Aktivatsija of a circulation mode should occur at plug grounding № 3 sockets.
|
The faulty servo-driver is subject to replacement.
|
|
Thermosocket
|
|
Start the engine on single turns.
Switch off К/В and for some minutes activate forcing fan.
Switch off the fan and muffle the engine.
Disunite thermosocket К/В.
|
|
Submit pressure 12 In on contact plugs №№ 1 (+) and 3 (-) терморазъемаи by means of the voltmeter measure pressure on plugs 1 (+) and 2 (-). At temperature above 4С the result of measurement should make 12 In, at temperature more low 1С - 0 V.Neispravnyj the thermosocket is subject to replacement.

At evaporator temperature more low 1.8 0.3 С the thermosocket should remain opened. |
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and an air conditioning to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
