Removal

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|

Turn out two top bolts of a rack of the inlet pipeline.
|
Hang out the car over землней.

Turn out corresponding bolts (3 + 4 шт) and remove protection panels картеров the engine and transmission.
Turn out 19 bolts of fastening of the pallet картера the engine.
Hooking thin шпателем, or other suitable tool, accurately separate the pallet from маслоотражателя, - try not to bend a fixing flange of the pallet and not to damage маслозаборную a tube.
Turn out four fixing bolts and remove equipped with the mesh filter маслозаборник, - try not to bend маслоотражатель and not to damage маслозаборную a tube.
Turn out one fixing bolt and remove маслоотражатель.
Carefully clear interfaced surfaces of the removed components, completely having removed from them traces of oil, a dirt and the rests of old hermetic.
Examine the pallet on presence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages. In case of need make corresponding regenerative repair, or replace the pallet.
Estimate a condition of a drain stopper of the pallet, in case of need make its replacement.

It will be reasonable to replace a sealing washer of a drain stopper without dependence from its condition. |
Check up a condition маслоотражателя and the mesh filter маслозаборника. Carefully clean components, in case of revealing of irreversible damages make replacement.

Installation

Impose a pillow of hermetic of type Loctite Ultra Blue 5900 on an interfaced surface of a landing flange маслоотражателя and press last to картеру the engine, the interfaced which surface also should be smoothed carefully out and degreased. Track, that hermetic was imposed from the interior of fixing apertures and with a tipping over on the ends. Screw a bolt of fastening of a plate and tighten it with demanded effort (9.5 Nanometers).

Establish into place маслозаборник and tighten with demanded effort (9.5 Nanometers) four bolts of its fastening.

Operating in the manner similar described, put hermetic on an interfaced surface of a landing flange of the pallet, then press last to маслоотражателю, screw 19 fixing bolts and, operating strictly in a certain order, in stages tighten them with demanded effort (9.5 Nanometers).

The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget about necessity of observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head the Engine to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
Fill in in the engine fresh engine oil.
In summary start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks through joints of the established components.
