The general information

Components of systems of ignition/engine management are among elements of raised reliability and the majority of refusals, as a rule, appear connected with infringement of quality of contact connections, or electroconducting damage. Breakdowns ВВ of electroconducting result from pollution, humidifying or isolation damage more often. Before coming to conclusion about failure any of system elements, always first of all check a condition of corresponding electroconducting and its contact connections.

Do not make check of serviceability of giving of pressure on spark plugs by a detachment from them electroconducting and its approbation on weight of the engine, - such diagnostics, besides risk of reception of an electroshock, it is interfaced to danger of failure ECM or ignition coils. At infringement of stability of working turns of the engine also it is not necessary to try to localise malfunction by a consecutive detachment of electroconducting from spark plugs.

Listed below check allow to define the reason of the malfunctions which symptoms are obvious enough (starter refusal, ignition admissions, etc.). Some, less obvious, infringements can not show themselves at the expense of automatic transition of a control system in emergency operation of functioning and are shown only in increase of the expense of fuel, infringement of stability of turns of idling, reduction of efficiency of return of the engine, occurrence of detonations and so forth, - address for consultations to experts of car-care centre.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check up a condition of a safety lock of ignition (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head), in case of need make its replacement.
  2. If the starter is not turned, or rotates the engine too slowly, first of all check up serviceability of functioning actually a starter, and also a condition of the storage battery. Do not activate a starter continuously within more than 10 seconds!

  1. Check up a condition actually candles. If the stroboscope does not work, estimate condition ВВ of electroconducting (Current leaving and service see the Head).

To make sure of serviceability of condition ВВ of electroconducting is the most easier by replacement of all complete set on obviously serviceable.

  1. At serviceable electroconducting by the reason of admissions of ignition failure actually candles, or bobbin assemblage can be, - replace candles (Current leaving and service see the Head), check up a coil condition. One more reason of occurrence of admissions of ignition damage or pollution of the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP) can be.
