Removal, check and installation of shock-absorbers and screw springs
Removal
|
Hang out the car over the earth.
Remove back wheels.
Prop up a jack the corresponding party of the back bridge.
|
Release two top fixing nuts (1). Fastenings of the back shock-absorber (2).
|
Remove the top washer and a rubber lining.
Turn out the bottom fixing bolt.
Slowly lower the bridge on a jack and remove the shock-absorber and a screw spring.

Remove from a frame the top rubber saddle (1) springs and a rubber emphasis (2).

Check
|
Check up the shock-absorber and a screw spring on presence of deformations, having chopped off, cracks and other mechanical damages.
|
Manually check up smoothness and uniformity of a piston stroke of the shock-absorber in both directions.
|
Having rocked a piston rod not less than three times, make sure of absence of signs of development of leaks.
|
Estimate a condition of rubber components - the plug of the bottom support of the shock-absorber, a saddle of a spring and an emphasis.
|

Installation
|
Installation is made upside-down, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head the Suspension bracket and a steering to efforts of a tightening of carving fixture.
|
Screw springs should be established by the coils finished with a polymeric covering downwards. |
