The panel of devices - the general information, removal and installation of components
The general information
The panel of devices is made of plastic and equipped by a metal strengthening frame. The panel consists of three basic sections: left, central and right.
Design of the panel of devices (the bottom cover is removed)
In the left section of the panel the combination of devices with a protective peak, and also some switches (see Has undressed Controls and the salon equipment in the Head Controls and operation receptions) is established. To the left of a steering column the assembly block of safety locks is located also. From below, more to the left of a steering column the panel of a knee emphasis in which, at a corresponding complete set the module of a knee pillow of safety is built in also is established.
Into structure of the central section enter the control panel functioning of systems of heating/ventilation/air conditioning, a radio receiver, прикуриватель and a forward ashtray.
In the right section there is a ware box and, at a corresponding complete set, - a passenger pillow of safety.
Removal and installation of components

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
The furnish panel
|
|
Disconnect corresponding electroconducting and remove the console panel.
|
|
Turn out fixing screws and remove the finishing panel, - do not forget to disconnect electroconducting from corresponding switches.
|
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Combination of devices
|
|
Remove the finishing panel.
|
|
Turn out four fixing screws and liberate a combination from the panel of devices.
|
Disconnect electroconducting from measuring instruments and remove a combination of devices.
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Knee emphasis
|
|
Turn out fixing screws and remove a knee emphasis.
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
The bottom cover
|
|
|
|
Turn out fixing screws and remove the bottom cover of the panel of devices.
|
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Ware box
|
|
|
|
Turn out fixing screws and take assemblage of a ware box from the panel of devices.
|
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
The drive handle отпускания latches of the lock of a cowl
|
|
|
|
Turn out the fixing screw and remove the handle (1).
|
In case of need release a fixing nut приводного a cable.
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Panels of furnish of forward racks
|
|
|
|
Hooking the suitable tool, remove panels of furnish of forward racks.
|
Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability защелкивания clamps.
|
|
The left cover
|
|
Turn out fixing screws and remove the left cover of the panel of devices.
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
The right cover
|
|
Remove a ware box.
|
|
Turn out five fixing screws and remove the right cover of the panel of devices.
|
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Radio receiver
|
|
Make sure that the battery is disconnected.
|
|
Turn out four fixing screws and liberate assemblage of a radio receiver from the panel of devices.
|
Disconnect electroconducting and an antenna cable and definitively remove a radio receiver from the panel of devices.
Installation is made upside-down.

The control panel functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and an air conditioning
|
|
Make sure that the battery is disconnected.
Remove the furnish panel.
|
|
Turn out four fixing screws and liberate assemblage of switches of management by functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and К/В from the panel of devices.
|
Disconnect brought to a back part of the panel of switches electroconducting.
Remove a ware box.
Accurately releasing plastic clamps, disconnect from operating switches приводные cables.
Definitively remove assemblage of operating switches.
Installation is made upside-down.

|
T-shaped frame
|
|
Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Remove the left cover of the panel of devices.
|
|
Turn out two fixing screws, located at the left and on the right under a steering column and remove the T-shaped frame, - the steering column should fall.
|
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Body of the panel of devices
|
|
Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Remove back section of the central console (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the central console).
Remove forward section of the central console (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the central console).
Remove assemblage of a knee emphasis.
Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Remove located at the left under the panel of devices a basic arm of the assembly block of the relay.
Remove the drive handle отпускания latches of the lock of a cowl.
Remove panels of furnish of forward racks.
Remove the left cover of the panel of devices.

Turn out two fixing bolts at the left on the T-shaped frame.
|
|
|
Turn out three left bolts of fastening of a body of the panel of devices.
|
Remove a forward ashtray.
Remove the furnish panel.
Remove the panel of switches of management of functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and К/В.
Remove a ware box.
Remove the right cover of the panel of devices.
|
|
Remove a decorative cover and turn out the central fixing bolt.
|
|
|
Turn out two fixing bolts on the right on the T-shaped frame.
|
|
|
Turn out three right bolts of fastening of a body of the panel of devices.
|
|
|
Turn out two fixing bolts on either side of a steering column and lower last on level of a floor of the car.
|
|
|
Turn out two fixing bolts, located behind mentioned in the previous paragraph access to which opens after lowering of a steering column.
|
Disunite contact sockets of all procedure of electroconducting stirring to performance.
Remove a body of the panel of devices.
Installation is made upside-down.
